South London band Tiña are a jewel of the lo-fi indie world. They've been playing their intimate, yet energetic live shows for years in venues like The Brixton Windmill and The Bird's Nest in Deptford. Much to our our delight, it's been announced that Speedy Wunderground are to release their first, and Tiña's first ever album: Positive Mental Health Music. ‘People’ is the 3rd single to be released from the album, out alongside a wonderfully charming DIY video featuring skaters, and Josh on a pink motor boat. In Josh's words: "I just love that the community that surrounds the band is one of support and love, and you can see that in the video. I also learnt how to use a motor boat and rode up to a massive ferry which shone a light on us when we got too close...that was exciting". Josh's signature falsetto vocal style feels like a peaceful offering, like an outstretched hand, as the band play a country-tinged soundtrack, reminiscent of The Silver Jews.
